Try Polish dishes made in a local way
The ceremony to pay tribute to the great Polish contemporary composer, late Krzysztof Penderecki. The event is part of a global initiative “Penderecki’s Garden” to provide a comprehensive overview of his legacy. The unveiling of the commemorative tree will be done by H.E. Magdalena Bogdziewicz and Mr. Hak-Peng Chng, the CEO of the Singapore Symphony Orchestra.
It is said that among all the illustrators of Lem’s work, Daniel Mróz best captured the spirit of the writer’s story and translated his literature, rich both in literary and philosophical terms, into the world of disturbing and mysterious images.
Celebrating the 100th birthday of Stanisław Lem, we bring to Singapore an exhibition of his illustrations. Come and see how D. Mróz, using a pen and ink conjured the unique images of robots and machines.
This year in October Warsaw will become again a piano capital of the world hosting the XVIII Frederic Chopin International Piano Competition, one of the oldest and most prestigious music competitions in the world.
