This year’s culinary promotion took place at the Xperience restaurant of the So Sofitel Singapore hotel between 19th October and 1st November. The products on which we focused during 4th edition of PolandShiok were Polish fish, caviar, eggs and pickled vegetables. They were presented as a part of the culinary promotion of two Polish regions – Pomerania and Małopolska, which was also an excellent opportunity to introduce the great touristic value of these regions by video materials created for this occasion. The promotion, carried out with the participation of a local chef Hong, was very popular among local guests and the Polish community. As many as 1,000 reservations were made and 3,493 Polish dishes were served.
