Chef de cuisine at the Regent Warsaw Hotel with international cuisine. He’s career was started in 1996 at the Sheraton Hotel. He finished in 2005 as a junior sous chef responsible for main restaurant “ Lalka” and the chef’s table restaurant – smallest and most exclusive in Sheraton Warsaw hotel. After he join Hyatt Regent Warsaw as a Sous chef Banquet.

In 2012 at Grand Hyatt Doha was fully responsible for promotion of Polish cuisine in Qatar. In Singapore 2018 was responsible for promotion in tree five stars hotel’s: Fullerton, SO Sofitel, Sofitel Resort and Spa Sentosa.

From 2018 he executive sous chef in globalexpo, a big conference and training complex with two restaurants, a large ballroom and a huge exhibition hall. He educated his skills under supervision of: Heinrich Moederle, Kurt Scheller, Frank Funke, Artur Grajber and Stefano Bonafe.
