What’s more, they make for a wholesome meal that is healthy and nutritious! A kitchen without eggs is poorer for it. We are not interested in the secondary role of eggs; we want them to become the main protagonist of the culinary spectacle. And for good reason…
Zdrovo (in Latin ‘ovo’ means egg, and Zdrovo means “Healthy” ) is our domestic brand of eggs that was created out of passion and experience, a product for everyone who values good taste and quality. We speak broader to housewives, athletes, students, managers, and anyone who wants to eat healthy. And now we want to share it with you, no matter where you live.
Our history began more than 30 years ago, when Zbigniew Woźniak – the owner and creator of the company – bought the first farm in Żylice. Today, Woźniak is the largest egg producer in Poland, supplying products to global markets.
We are pleased to present the outcome of our cooperation: the book ‘50 recipes for eggs’ by Monika Ruszkowska – polish foodie blogger. We hope that these recipes will allow you to fully appreciate the culinary potential of eggs and inspire you daily during meal preparation. The book contains recipes for delicious and nutritious breakfasts, snacks, lunches, and desserts starring eggs as the main ingredient. Each meal is rated by difficulty (on a scale of 1 to 3) and preparation time.
