Cooking Class for Media

In a special demonstration for Singapore media, SHIOK Chefs will prepare a medley of traditional Polish dishes including Polish Herring Tartare, Beef Roulade with Mushrooms and Herbs, Potato Dumplings “Kopytka” with Brussel Sprouts and Bacon. The live demonstration will conclude on a sweet note with Cold Cheesecake with Fruit Jelly and Strawberries Salad.
