Artur Moroz

With degree in human nutrition from University of Science in Warsaw, Artur Moroz has a great experience as a chef and restaurant owner. At age of 24 became the youngest chef running one of the Gessler’s restaurants in Warsaw. Since 2004 has been running his own restaurant BULAJ in Sopot, which is extremely popular among guests as a highlight of the city. In 2015 opened his second restaurant (KOWALL) in Gdansk and in 2016 the Wine Bar Tapas PIKADO at a brand new concert & entertainment hall CKK JORDANKI in Torun. First prize winner at unofficial Polish professional chefs championship Wine&Food Noble Night organized by Noble Bank in 2015. In 2011 was promoting Poland during Polish EU Presidency and attended an opening of the Embassy of Poland in Luxembourg. In 2017 he run a TV show ‘Polish BBQ’ at Polish National Television Channel.

Maciej Duszka

The chef of Venti-tre restaurant at the Regent Warsaw Hotel with Mediterranean cuisine. He started working as a chef at the Hyatt Regency Warsaw Hotel in 2004. Professional experience as a cook he gained in Germany, Russia, China or Kazakhstan. His hobbies are cooking and working in the kitchen.

Witold Drobny

Chef de cuisine at the Regent Warsaw Hotel with international cuisine. He started his career with Sheraton Warsaw Hotel in 1996. He was promoted as a junior sous chef responsible for main restaurant “Lalka” and the chef’s table restaurant – the smallest and the most exclusive in the hotel. In 2005 he joined Hyatt Regent Warsaw as a Sous chef Banquet. In 2012 at Grand Hyatt Doha he was responsible for promotion of the Polish cuisine in Qatar.
He gained his experience under supervision of: Heinrich Moederle, Kurt Scheller, Frank Funke, Artur Grajber and Stefano Bonafe.

Sebastian Kornacki

Deputy Chef and Chef ala carte at the Airport Hotel Okęcie. His professional experience gained working for Marriott, Sheraton and Hyatt hotels under the guidance of top-class chefs, such as: Toshyuki Suzuki, Joey Miguel, Stefano Bonafe.

Jakub Banaszak

A chef, consultant and expert on Polish beef. The owner of the catering company. He works with the best Steak Houses in the Tri-City. He conducts training in cutting and culinary treatment.

Michał Trukawka

Executive Sous Chef of five star hotel - The Westin Warsaw. Participant of many culinary contests  and laureate of the Polish Culinary Cup. Long distance trips lover and Asian flavor connoisseur.

Marcin Piotrowski

Active member of the Polish Association of Chefs and Confectioners, a member of Polish BBQ Kings, a professional group of chefs representing Poland at many international gastronomic competitions, and a laureate of multiple international awards and distinctions. For many years, he has been working with the biggest event agencies and numerous companies. He has authored and co-authored a number of culinary publications. He promoted Polish cuisine at many food industry trade shows all over the world. He specializes in private dining and spectacular gastronomic events. For many years, he worked as a personal chef of the Australian Ambassador to Warsaw, preparing receptions for diplomats and famous politicians.
